When will I receive my order?

It can take up to 14 business days to receive your package. Typical order processing time to pack and ship your orders is up to 3 business days. Shipping time is 2-8 business days. Once the order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. We ship across the US via USPS First Class Package.

What is your online return/exchange policy?

For US orders, if you are unsatisfied with your order, we are happy to process a return within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product price. Please note we charge a return processing fee ($6.95) which will be deducted from your refund. This helps us partially recover the cost of shipping & processing your order. We unfortunately are unable to accept returns or exchanges that exceed the 30 day window. For international returns, please email email support@kulfibeauty.com with your name, order number, item(s) that you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for requesting a return or exchange.
