Where does Kulfi ship to?

Kulfi currently ships within the United States. We are exploring ways to make our products more accessible globally. Stay tuned!

How do I qualify for free shipping?

All orders above $40 in the United States qualify for free shipping.

How can I edit my shipping address?

Email us at support@kulfibeauty.com and if your order has not been processed, we are happy to change your address. If your order has been shipped, please contact USPS to reroute your package.

How can I update my order?

Email us at support@kulfibeauty.com and if your order has not been processed, we will adjust your order.

How can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it is automatically sent to our warehouse and we are unable to cancel it. Please email support@kulfibeauty.com if you would like to return your order once it has been received.

When can I expect to receive my package?

We're as eager as you are for the product to reach you! It can take up to 14 business days to receive your package. Typical order processing time to pack and ship your orders is up to 3 business days. Shipping time is 2-8 business days. Once the order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. We ship all orders via USPS First Class Package.

Please note COVID-19 has impacted shipping times and you may see additional delays that would be trackable via USPS.

Find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under My Account, if you have created an account. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped.

My order has been stuck in transit for quite some time, what should I do?

Email us at support@kulfibeauty.com and we will get back to you on the status of your package. Please keep in mind USPS is still experiencing delays due to COVID-19.

Tracking shows my order has been delivered but I have not seen it. What should I do?

Email us at support@kulfibeauty.com and we will look into this for you by filing a claim with USPS. Our team will update you on the status between 3-5 business days.

What should I do if I received the wrong product or my order is damaged?

Email us at support@kulfibeauty.com and we'll get this fixed for you.

Returns

What is your return policy?

FOR BEAUTY PRODUCTS: If you are unsatisfied with your order, we are happy to process a return within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product price. Please note we charge a return processing fee ($5.00) which will be deducted from your refund. This helps us partially recover the cost of shipping & processing your order. We unfortunately are unable to accept returns or exchanges that exceed the 30 day window.

ALL MERCH SALES ARE FINAL. As a small business, we are unable to process returns for merchandise such as crewnecks, hats, and headbands.

How do I start the refund process?

Kindly reach out to support@kulfibeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return label to return the product to us. Once we receive the return, we will process the refund.

Where is my refund?

Please note that once a refund is initiated it can take 3-5 business days for your refund to reflect into your account.

Can I exchange products?

We currently do not make exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we can refund your order according to our return policy below.

Help, I can’t decide on which shade to buy?

Don’t worry we’ve all been there. Even though we think all of our Kajal shades are essential, our team is here to help! If you have any shade matching questions, be sure to reach out to us at support@kulfibeauty.com.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. We do not have any animal derived ingredients in our products and we do not test on animals.

Are your products clean?

Our products are formulated without parabens, phthalates, mineral oils, formaldehydes, coal tar, sulfates, butylated hydroxyanisole, and more.

Are your products gluten free?

Our products are free of gluten ingredients and gluten containing ingredients.

Are Underlined Kajal Eyeliners safe to use on eyes?

The eyeliner formulas have undergone extensive safety reviews and are safe for their intended uses.

Do your products contain fragrance?

All our products at the moment are fragrance free.

How do you ensure that mica used is ethical?

We obtain the certificate from the ingredient supplier attesting to their use of ethical labor. We select suppliers who either own their own mines and control the labor or companies who have audit programs in place to assure source compliance.
Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

Once you subscribe to your Kulfi Beauty subscription program and are billed for your order, you will receive your products 2-8 business days (depending on your location) from each successful payment and will also receive a confirmation email with tracking information sent via email to the email you subscribed with. You will be automatically set on a recurring payment schedule based on the recurring option you chose and the date you subscribed.

For example, if you initially subscribed on the 4th of the month to receive your product every month, you will be billed on the 4th of every month.

How do I subscribe?

To subscribe, go to the product page you would like to subscribe to, select the option to subscribe, and choose the recurring subscription cycle to your preference.

How can I add/remove products in my subscription?

You can view and edit your subscriptions by logging in and accessing the customer account portal by clicking “Manage Subscriptions”. From there click on “Subscriptions”. If you want to add a product to your subscription click “Add a product”. If you want to remove a product from your subscription, click the active subscription product and adjust the qty, skip the shipment, or cancel the product from your subscription.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your Kulfi Beauty account and clicking on "Manage Subscriptions" to cancel your subscription. Please make sure to cancel before the billing date on your schedule in order to prevent charges on your account.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

Can I skip a shipment?

You can skip a product in your shipment by logging into your Kulfi Beauty account and click on "Manage Subscriptions". From there you can click on the products in your subscription and scroll down to skip accordingly. Please make sure to skip before the billing date on your schedule in order to prevent charges on your account.
