"I think my eyes are allergic to it, my eyes were irritated. Also I was expecting a more dramatic length. I get much better results from cheaper store bought mascara. Overall pretty disappointing especially at the price point. It was kind of a treat to get myself a special mascara. Will not repurchase."
"Terrible mascara! Customer service is not helpful and not professional. I was ask to send back the mascara that I had opened and used and that is unsanitary. I ask for a refund because the mascara did not meet the claims that it claimed and I was told first I had to send the used mascara back in order to get a refund. I chose to throw the mascara away other than send it back out of respect for others. The mascara smeared and flaked and it was so gooey. Worst mascara I’ve ever used!"
"I had high hopes for this mascara but I find it doesn’t make my lashes look longer or fuller. I’m GOOD with mascara and have a variety of them, Prime, It’s Amazing, 5 more. This doesn’t bring anything to the table. It’s dry, black (brown is my preference) but I don’t see what it’s supposed to do. I’ve tried it four days. This was a waste of my money. Sorry, I regret the choice!"
"Mascara was dry and wasnt fresh! Left black flakes on my face and when i contacted the company, they didnt care to replace the products that were dryed out but they did tell me they would charge me $6.95 for restocking fees plus I have to pay to ship it back on my own! Will never buy from this company that doesn’t back up their products! Poor quality control and doesn’t back up their products at all! Very unsatisfiedcustomer!!"
"If I could give this mascara zero stars I would. It is clumpy and makes my lashes somehow look shorter and straight. They definitely look plump because they look like they are covered in goop. It seems to be non irritating and stays on. For the price point, I was expecting more."

"Although I thought I had order the tubing mascara I received the Badi Lash. I love the wand and the ease of separating the lashes during application. The smart idea of the way the bristles at the top of the brush works so well for the bottom lashes, now that’s what has been the best part of this mascara!!"
"The wand is amazing gets every little hair . The mascara formula is dry and flakes quickly . If they changed the formula I’d buy again but I won’t be using it. May just clean the wand and use it with my other mascaras"
"Paying $26 for this.mascara is such a rip off! I have used Loreal Paridiso mascara for years and always had thicker fuller lashes. Kulfi mascara did lengthen my lashes a very amount, however, it did nothing for making them look or feel fuller. In fact it did the opposite, it made my lashes look sparse and thin. I dont even know what I'm gonna do with a brand new Kulfi mascara, guess ill do a refund."
